Pool and Jacuzzi Temperature Monitoring and Control
Project Overview
This project involved the installation of a sophisticated temperature monitoring and control system for three pools: a swimming pool, a cold plunge pool, and a hot Jacuzzi. The primary objective was to enable online temperature monitoring and precise control for these pools, situated within a luxurious apartment complex on the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.

Project Details
- Steel Enclosure: A robust steel enclosure was meticulously designed to house and organize all the electronic components essential for this project.
- Wiring for Devices: Intricate wiring was carried out to accommodate four devices, including two heaters and two plate exchangers. To ensure that the system could handle the ampere rating of the heaters effectively, 20 Amp relays were employed. These relays were triggered by a Fibaro Smart Relay, providing fine-grained control.
- Temperature Sensors: Three temperature sensors were strategically positioned, each connected to a Fibaro Implant. These sensors were placed in the water return pipes of the respective pools, allowing for precise temperature monitoring. To protect the sensors, dedicated junction boxes were created.
- Power Supply Junction Boxes: Three plastic junction boxes were installed to house the power supply units. These units were responsible for powering up the Fibaro Implants and bridges, ensuring the continuous operation of the temperature monitoring system.
- YUBII Main Hub Programming: The YUBII main hub was programmed to manage the heaters and heat exchangers according to specific temperature parameters. This programming allowed for seamless temperature control and maintenance.
- System Testing and Delivery: Rigorous testing was conducted to validate the system’s functionality. Once all components were confirmed to be working optimally, the project was successfully delivered to the customer.
