Our esteemed client in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, approached us with a unique request. They sought a comprehensive system to effectively manage the water tank levels aboard their yacht, which featured three distinct water tanks. The primary objectives were to enable remote monitoring and control of these tanks via a user-friendly mobile application. Additionally, the client requested a visual representation of the tanks’ statuses, with three distinct levels corresponding to minimum, medium, and maximum capacities.

Challenges
This project posed several technical and logistical challenges.
- Technical difficulty in calibrating pressure sensors based on tank dimensions and water volume.
- Logistical challenge in installing sensors within the confined space of the yacht.
- Budget limitations for the purchase of smart products, sensors, and relays.
Solution
Future Panel proposed a holistic solution to address the client’s needs:
- Panel Meter Installation: To provide real-time tank level data, we recommend installing three SAMWON SD94-MRRRN panel meters within the control panel.
- Precision Calibration: Our team calibrated three Hogller pressure sensors for each tank, ensuring the utmost accuracy in tank level monitoring.
- Mobile App Development: We designed a user-friendly mobile application that empowers the operator to monitor and control the yacht’s tank levels remotely, right from their mobile device.
- Visual Status Indication: Smart relays were strategically integrated to control the lights indicating the tank levels, ensuring an intuitive visual representation of the tanks’ statuses.
- Temperature Monitoring: To ensure the safety and comfort of the yacht’s occupants, Autonics temperature sensors were deployed to maintain the water temperature within a safe range.
